Hi, I’m Tracy Lacue
I live Decatur, Ga. with my wife Kari and our sweet Maine Coon mix, Cici. I love being out in nature, beaches and mountains best. Disc Golf and really great food are other passions, but nothing comes close to lighting me up like helping others find their way.
I’m a Breathwork Coach certified by Sondra & Markus Ray. Sondra is considered the Mother of Rebirthing/Breathwork. She was there in the beginning with Leonard Orr in the early 1970’s. I’ve also done trainings with Bob Mandel, Rhonda Levand and Tony Robbins, among others. Life is always about learning and how to get closer to God so that I’m a better Human Being each day.
I am a grateful recovered drug addict and alcoholic who has been clean since July 1984. This was the true birth of my spiritual journey, in earnest.
I have been studying and practicing breathwork since 1987 when I met Sondra while attending my first LRT, Loving Relationships Training. I also started studying A Course In Miracles (ACIM), became a Reiki Master and learned other healing modalities, but Breathwork and Coaching captured my heart. I love connecting with people, actively listening and asking the right questions to help them figure a few things out as they strive to live better and more fulfilling lives.
My career for most of my life has been in healthcare, serving in hospitals, but after visiting India in 2017 on a deeper spiritual quest, I am answering a call to a different kind of service. I am blessed and grateful to be offering myself as a Spiritual Mindset and Breathwork Coach. It’s time to not only help people heal but to teach them to heal themselves. I want to give back all, if not more, than I’ve been given. Welcome! ❤️
