Hi everybody. I am just back from three weeks in India at my Guru, Babaji’s ashram in the foothills of the Himalayas. We were there for Spring Navaratri which is a 9 day festival celebrating The Divine Mother, the feminine aspect of God. Babaji has told us that one day in Herakhan at the ashram during this festival clears 12 years of karma. This is so powerful and so wonderful I wish all of you could experience it.
This trip really is a spiritual pilgrimage and the one thing that really helps us and makes it possible to be in such a high vibration is Liberation Breathing. Without it some people can come up against their anger, fear and guilt; basically any of the stuff that we haven’t processed yet or forgiven comes up to be released. We breathe is this way every day that we are there. It allows us to be in the flow with all the love that’s there. There is SO much LOVE there for everyone! ❤️
Love brings up anything unlike itself for the purpose of healing and release. I first heard this statement at an LRT, Loving Relationships Training, created by Sondra Ray. I’ll tell you about that in another post, but just think about that statement for a little while.
Imagine a glass full of water with dirt at the bottom. The water is love and when you pour more love into the glass it stirs up the dirt. That dirt is thoughts and emotions that we are trying not to feel or think about or are completely unconscious of. When we do breathwork we bring those unconscious thoughts into our consciousness so that we can work with them to change them. There are also so many emotions from decisions we’ve made and/or traumas that we’ve had in the past that are hurting our bodies. Think about that crook in your neck or the pain in your low back. When we breathe in a conscious, connected & circular way, feelings do not get stuck in our bodies. Breathwork is lubrication for the emotions.
Being at the ashram it’s like having pure love poured into your soul for the entire time you’re there. There is no other experience on earth like it and the best way to go is with Sondra and Markus Ray and their India Quest. They ease us into the experience of India by starting out with 2 nights in a 5 star hotel in New Delhi, then we travel to Haldwani and stay in 3 star accommodations before traveling the last two hours to the ashram where we will stay for the next 10 days. We then reverse the process on the way home. I love going with them and would say please call me if you want to come with us next time.
This trip is so rich in experiences. I’ll try to single out a few and write in more detail in a future blog. Thanks for reading. Namaste!
